These terms describe Pitch → Pixel’s standard website service. Contact us at info@pitchtopixel.co.uk.

1. The Market Site

The £299 one-off Market Site includes five essential page sections: Home, About, Showcase/Gallery with up to 10 products or portfolio items, Find Us/Markets, and Contact/Enquiries. It also includes mobile optimisation, domain setup, on-page SEO, Google indexing submission, links to existing payment services, print-ready stall QR artwork and two structured revision rounds.

2. Timing

We typically deliver within 5–7 working days after receiving all required content, access details and payment. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. Delayed content, feedback or third-party access may move the delivery date.

3. Your responsibilities

You must supply accurate content, clear feedback and any access credentials we reasonably need. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all text, images, logos and other material you provide. You remain responsible for product claims, pricing, legal notices and regulatory compliance in your business.

4. Revisions and scope

The package includes two structured revision rounds. A round means one consolidated list of reasonable changes to the agreed design and supplied content. New sections, redesigns, extensive new content or requests after both rounds may be quoted separately. Additional custom pages are £40 each.

5. Optional services

Optional services are priced separately: ecommerce £120–£200, Content Rescue £35, Brand & Print Pack £45–£75, and care plans from £19 per month. Exact ecommerce scope and price are agreed before work starts.

6. Payment, cancellation and ownership

Payment timing, deposits and cancellation terms will be stated on your proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, final website files transfer to you after full payment. Pitch → Pixel retains ownership of its reusable tools, starter code and working methods. Third-party software remains subject to its own licence.

7. Third parties and liability

Domains, hosting, WordPress, plugins, payment providers and other third-party services may change or experience outages beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability relating to a project will not exceed the fees you paid for that project.

8. Care plans

Essential Care includes up to 15 minutes of minor edits per month. Pro Market Care includes up to 45 minutes per month. Unused time does not roll over. Work beyond the allowance requires agreement and may incur an extra charge.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction unless consumer law requires otherwise.
